4. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. We will review your request and notify you whether it has been approved.

Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled order, subject to applicable law and the payment method used.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it as a pre-shipment cancellation. You may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation right that mandatory consumer protection laws provide.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
